Welcome
Spring is right around the corner, seed catalogs are arriving in the mail daily. At the garden center, we are preparing for the arrival of the new spring merchandise, planting soils and trays. The seeding house will start up on March 1. So we are busy cleaning out the greenhouses and preparing them for preventive disease spraying. Febuary is always busy with planting preparations. March is when the planting frenzy begins, we manage to fill all 9 greenhouses within a 3 week period. I am excited about the new plants coming in. The succulent line has been expanded. The many different textures make for an interesting combination. Succulents being extremely drought tolerant makes them an idea choice for gardeners that have second homes, or for those gardeners that may not always remember to water. Now is the time to bring your containers in for preplanting. You may chose the combination or tell our designer what needs you have and they will make the combination for you. We plant them and maintain them until you are ready to put them out. Instant color as soon as the weather breaks.
